Our management team is two brothers with complimentary skills.
Felix Smith started in commercial construction in 1978, inspired by beautiful buildings worldwide. Starting from a labor position he became a skilled carpenter and then started his own General Contracting firm in 1981.
Patrick Smith joined the company in 1989, contributing to management and implementation with both design and mechanical backgrounds.
